The Bitter Liberals is a band of focused concentration and joyful collaboration, encompassing decades of musical experience. The Bitter Liberals plays all original music of texture and maturity, featuring rich story-telling, fine vocals, and the seasoned musicianship of Allen Kitselman, Clark Hansbarger, Gary McGraw, and Michael Rohrer.

During COVID, the Bitter Liberals took an extended break from recording and performing. We are only now (in 2023) beginning our journey back. Come see Bitter Liberal Gary McGraw play a fundraiser with his band Where’s Aubrey at the Barns of Rose Hill 11/11.

The Bitter Liberals have released three records. The Bitter Liberals latest CD, now more than ever, was released September 29, 2018. The Bitter Liberals second CD, Again, was released August 9, 2014. The Bitter Liberals first CD, 13, was released January 5th 2013.
