Though the band is still glowing from Saturday night’s show in Purcellville, we figured we might take a break from band business this Wednesday and let you know about two projects that we’re involved in.
Thing one: Fiddle player Gary McGraw‘s band Where’s Aubrey (a collaboration with New Hampshire resident Rhine Singleton) will play a benefit concert for C Spout Run and the Downstream Project at the Barns of Rose Hill in Berryville on 1.3.15.
Come ring in the New Year for a good cause! Where’s Aubrey is proud to have raised $12,158 for good causes through concerts of all original music and we’re not done yet. The Bitter Liberals will join Where’s Aubrey on stage during the second set.
Have a listen. Buy a ticket. See you on Berryville!
Thing two: Clark Hansbarger’s fantastic Civil War show was reviewed in the Blue Ridge Leader. We’re all over the moon about the review, which we think captures the essence of the show. The Bitter Liberals are proud to be part of this collaboration.
