The Tin Pan is a Restaurant and Listening Room located in the West End of Richmond, VA near Regency Square Mall. The venue features live music most nights of the week—including local, regional, and national touring acts—and a full-service dining room and bar. Oh, and the bar is run by an actual cocktail expert. The Bitter Liberals are psyched about that part.
